Once a project has been initiated, either party client has the right to cancel the project. However, in such cases, a cancellation fee may be applicable based on the project's progress and incurred costs up to the cancellation date.

1.2 Notice of Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel the project, please provide written notice via email or official correspondence. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive the written notice.

1.3 Refundable Amount:

The refundable amount, if any, will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date. AF Technologies reserves the right to deduct any non-recoverable expenses from the refundable amount.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1 Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are applicable in the event that AF Technologies is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, technical constraints, or any other valid reasons that prevent the successful completion of the project.

2.2 Partial Refunds:

If the project is canceled by the client or AF Technologies after initiation, a partial refund may be considered. This refund will be based on the percentage of work completed and any non-recoverable expenses incurred by AF Technologies.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items:

Certain expenses, such as third-party software licenses, domain registration fees, and other non-recoverable costs incurred during the project, are non-refundable.

2.4 Processing Time for Refunds:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 days from the date of the cancellation notice. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your financial institution's policies.

3. Dispute Resolution:

If there is a disagreement regarding a refund or cancellation, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to arbitration or mediation.

4. Changes to the Policy:

AF Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through the official communication channels.
